Q: If I am attending an event that was postponed do I need to do anything further to keep my reservation?
A: No further action is needed. Your reservation will be transferred directly over to the new dates!
Q: The event I was going to attend has been cancelled, what are my options for refund?
A: If the event has been ofically cancelled and will not be held at any other time in 2020, you will be automatically refunded in full for your reservation within the next 30 days.
Q: I am unable to attend the postpone dates of an event I was attending, what are my options for refund?
A: We are able to offer two resolution options. Please complete the resolution form below.
Q: The event I was going to attend has not decided if they will postpone or cancel, what is my next step?
A: We like to hold off on any resolution for reservations until we have heard final word from the event director.
